Buy the Building (Capital Campaign)
July 2008, the Board of Directors, felt led to pursue the opportunity of purchasing our current office at 101W. South St, in Flanagan. The thinking was to use the $1,200 a month currently being spent on rent toward more ministry.
The purchase price is $130,000. Our goal: $140,000 to cover the purchase price and all connected expenses.
