Darleta Gramm
Darleta came to Heart to Heart in the fall of 2016. For many years she had known of this valuable resource that directed troubled individuals toward healing. When her scheduled opened up, Darleta desired to become involved in any way she could. Volunteering as a receptionist at Heart to Heart has allowed Darleta the privilege of greeting clients and making their initial contact as welcoming as possible. She appreciates the warm atmosphere that Heart to Heart affords staff and clients alike. Darleta also serves on the H2H board of directors. Darleta lives in rural Lexington with her husband, Roger. Besides volunteering at Heart to Heart, she enjoys traveling and spending sweet time with her grandchildren.

Diana Shepherd
Diana has joined our ministry team as a volunteer in our Flanagan office. Diana lives in Flanagan with her husband Mark. Diana is a retired executive assistant. She is utilizing her professional skills at H2H by serving as receptionist and covering the front desk responsibilities. In Diana's spare time, she enjoys working outside in her garden and back yard and being involved with her children and grandchildren. Diana is also actively involved in her local church.
Kathy Wiegand
Kathy is a wife to her wonderful husband of 39 years, a mom to their four married
children, and a grandma to their eight grandchildren, soon to be nine. She is a
retired Registered Nurse and a practicing Certified Christian Life Coach through
the International Coaching Federation. Kathy has a great love for her Lord and
Savior, Jesus, and she is passionate about sharing this love with others and
helping them grow in their Christian walk. It is her heart’s desire to help women
learn to delight and to discern in Jesus, to grow in joy and in spiritual wisdom as
they deal with life’s daily challenges, big decisions, and personal and relational
issues. She desires, as a Christian Life Coach, to provide a safe and compassionate
space where women can feel heard and truly cared for, where they can find help
and grace in processing life’s twists and turns, all while looking to Jesus for
direction and insight.
She loves traveling, swimming, hiking, biking, spending time in God’s Word,
writing and blogging, music, and spending time with her family and friends.
Spending time with her Grands is extra special to her
“Grandma heart!”
Kathy is active in her local church community and has worked with many
women as a biblical mentor and encourager, always relying on God for His grace
and help!
Roseanna Davidson
Roseanna serves H2H as a volunteer covering the front desk responsibilities. Roseanna has been married for 53 years. She is the mother of 4 children, grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 6 grand-pets. She has retired from teaching at the college level in Texas and she and her husband, Neil, moved to Flanagan to be close to their daughter and grandchildren. Roseanna enjoys listening to audio books, gardening, driving their golf cart in town and being active in her church and community. We greatly appreciate having Roseanna as part of the H2H ministry team!
